Having received the prestigious Gatwick Diamond Business of the Year Award 2016, there’s now more reason than ever to visit Denbies Wine Estate.
Based in Dorking and just 25 short minutes from Gable End Guest House, Denbies has become one of the largest wine producers in the UK since the vineyard was planted in 1986.
Visitors are able to receive fascinating insight into wine production, with several members of the royal family having been welcomed to the estate themselves over the years. Situated in the Surrey Hills, you can take advantage of the beauty of the surrounding areas by making use of the 7 miles of public footpath that trail throughout the vineyard.

However, if you can’t make these dates, Denbies is a great place to visit when they don’t have attractions going on, too.
The Gallery Restaurant
Located on the third floor, The Gallery Restaurant offers perhaps the most spectacular views from any restaurant in Surrey. Overlooking the 265 acre vineyard, reaching over the North Downs and Box Hill, the panoramic views make for both a decadent and relaxing meal. The menu, designed by the Head Chef, Aleksandrs Bogdanovs, changes with the seasons and is suitable all year round for every occasion. All the food is sourced to support local south east suppliers wherever possible.
The Conservatory Restaurant
Offering a perfect al-fresco feel to your dining experience, the large atrium creates a stunning, tropical environment, enhanced by the exotic plant life and the curious fish in the water feature. The beatific location, wide variety of meal options, and friendly waiting staff, have all made this restaurant a favourite among locals and visitors alike.
